Performance Management Associates offers a personal coaching service for individuals within your organization who want to achieve specific business and career goals.  Our coaching process provides an environment for honest, open discussion resulting in a focused implementation strategy for the client. 

While there are a variety of methods to deliver coaching, PMA relies on the co-active coaching model.  “Co-active” refers to the very nature of the coaching relationship.  As coaches, PMA principals work with clients as active collaborators, based on a relationship of trust and respect. 

To be effective, our coaching environment must be based on the following principles:

Confidentiality
Our clients are dealing with challenging and sensitive situations.  We operate in a risk-free environment; PMA coaches will never disclose the details of client conversations.

Trust
Trust is at the foundation of a successful coaching relationship, but must be built gradually between the coach and the client.  It is a two-way commitment that is earned through following through on all aspects of assignments.  Through establishing an environment of trust, changes are easily attainable.
 

Commitment
As coaches, we are committed to our client’s success.  We do not have a set course of action for all clients, or any predetermined solutions.  The client’s agenda is the focus of each coaching session.  Ultimately, our success is measured not by what the coach delivers, but rather what the client does as a result of the coaching relationship.
